The phenolic compounds present in OLIVE SOLUBLE possess strong biological activities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. At the same time the addition of our OLIVE SOLUBLE feed material into animal-fish feed, increases the antioxidant capacity of fish and thus the stability and shelf life of animal-fish feed in a totally natural way.
